Description
Beautiful beets color this tasty pesto that is a fine appetizer on crackers or a filling sandwich in pita pockets.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beets, cooked
- 2 clv Garlic
- 1⁄2 c cilantro or basil
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 c undefined
- 1 c olive oil
- 1 pn salt, to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
Serve with crackers or in pita pockets.
